Probate of Wills Docket Hearing Request Form

Set or Pass Hearings

Settings for Probate Court 1 Only
The Probate of Wills Docket is heard each Tuesday at 10:00am, 11:00am, and 2:00pm. Requests must be received by 5:00pm on the Wednesday before the hearing date. This form is to set uncontested hearings of the following nature:

Probate of Will, Letters Testamentary
Dependent Administration*
Muniment of Title
 (*Creditor Administrations will be heard in conjunction with the Heirship Docket)

Once you have sent your information, you should receive confirmation via email within 4 business hours. If you do not receive confirmation within 4 business hours, please contact the Court at 713-368-6700. If you need confirmation sooner, please contact the court directly.

Practice Tip: The Current Probate Docket in the "Links" box shows the dockets for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Check there first to see how many are already booked on the dockets before you make your choice.
